Plug and Play Announces Inaugural Batch of Startups Selected for their Medtech Program

WARSAW, INDIANA, April 16, 2024 – Plug and Play, the world’s largest innovation platform, has announced the inaugural batch of startups selected for its Warsaw Medtech program in Spring 2024. The program, which will start in April, is set to culminate with a graduation and startup pitch presentations at Expo, taking place on May 28 in Warsaw, Indiana.

The startups selected for participation in Batch 1 of the Medtech program include:

Over the course of a 12-week program, startups will benefit from strategic guidance from founding Medtech corporate partners Zimmer Biomet and Paragon Medical as well as mentorship, workshops, networking, events, and more.

“We are thrilled to welcome this inaugural batch of startups to Warsaw as we foster innovation in Medtech here in Indiana,” said Brandon Noll, Director of Plug and Play Indiana.

Plug and Play operates a network of innovation hubs and accelerator programs in various technology verticals, recently announcing this new Indiana location, focused on the region’s robust Medtech industry. It provides startups with access to mentorship, resources, funding opportunities, corporate partnerships, and networking events to help them grow and scale their businesses.

Medtech batch 1 will commence on April 15 with a combination of virtual and in person programming. “It’s exciting to see how Plug and Play brings all the key players together in one ecosystem,” said Eileen Alberding, Program Manager of the medtech program in Warsaw, “and now Indiana is part of that ecosystem.”
