Vasishta Somayaji is a Ph.D. candidate in the University Program in Materials Science and Engineering. Vasishta researches plasmonic materials for light-driven energy conversion and storage applications in the lab of Dr. Jie Liu. In addition to his research, Vasishta is involved in the Duke aiM program, AI for understanding and designing materials.
