MP399 Cell Line

MP399 is a fully characterized myeloma cell line established from a patient with plasma cell leukemia. It has been successfully used to test a drug with anti-myeloma activity in-vitro. Subsequently and based on our preliminary results, a clinical trial involving the use of this drug for myeloma patients was initiated. MP399 can serve as a model to further study the mechanism of action of drugs with anti-myeloma activity.
