Human cell line lacking both Dicer and PKR

Duke inventors have created a human cell line that lacks functional dcr and pkr genes. Specifically, the HEK293T cells, a human cell line with a mutated dcr gene was modified using the CRISPR/Cas9 system to create a nonfunctional pcr gene. These cells are termed NoDice ∆PKR cells.
