As Senior Financial Analyst, Tim O’Neill will be working alongside the Operations team in managing agreement compliance, as well as other central financial duties. Tim brings 25+ years of financial, operations and small business experience. For the past 5 years, Tim has had operational, research and financial responsibilities in Duke’s Division of Hematology. Prior to that, Tim held progressive management roles with Compass Group/Flik Conference Centers including being finance director for a large, growing division which involved agreement/contract management. Additionally, he owned and operated several retail stores for a few years. Tim has an undergraduate degree from Cornell and an MBA from UNCW.
